We need an English-fluent Senior Fullstack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL. Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer support, to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues. Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues quickly and effectively. Contribute to system reliability by understanding and supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests. Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions without the need for micromanagement. Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer Strong fullstack background with: React (frontend), GO, Python/Django (backend) and GraphQL (good working knowledge). Exposure to DevOps, with the ability to: Understand AWS systems and infrastructure Debug environment and deployment issues Keep systems stable and running smoothly Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,800 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
