Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist | Remote
Position: Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist Type: Full-time Compensation: $70K - $100K/yr Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
- Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for improved reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and ensure financial compliance.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
Requirements
- Have 2 of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
- Possess a strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
- Have demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. Application Process
