Adjunct Instructor - Human Resources Management

Florida Tech is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach Human Resources Management to doctoral students in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. This online, synchronous teaching position focuses on providing an advanced understanding of HR management in global business enterprises. Course: BUS 6033 - Advanced Study of Human Resources in Modern Business Enterprises Qualifications: Ph.D. or terminal degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management or a related field. Demonstrated teaching potential in higher education. Experience with synchronous online teaching and learning platforms. The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at Florida Tech is an online professional degree designed to meet the needs of business leaders and executives. It allows for the continuation of learning and advanced education while maintaining professional responsibilities. Classes are conducted synchronously online once a week for a 16-week term.
