Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in agronomy to provide innovative solutions to farmers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new products and technologies that can improve global food production. Provide technical support and expertise to farmers, sales teams, and customers on agronomic best practices, product usage, and crop management. Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the performance and efficacy of new products and technologies. Analyze and interpret data from field trials and experiments to make recommendations for product improvements and advancements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal teams and external stakeholders on agronomic practices and product knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture industry, including farmers, researchers, and industry experts. Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies and decisions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and technologies.
