Analyst, Management Reporting
National Grid is a leading energy provider, and they are seeking a Reporting Analyst for their Kraken Transformation department. The role involves supporting business outcomes and requirements for reporting, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring program success across business units in New York and Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Support our efforts to define business outcomes and drive business requirements for all reporting areas
- Support customer reporting delivery in an agile manner
- Perform quality testing on our reporting environments as they move from current state to an efficient outcome-based catalog across specific business units
- Collaborate closely with IT, data teams and business stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and success criteria
Skills
- 1+ years of Data Analysis experience
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting and data modelling
- Understanding of outcome-based requirements and process efficiency
- Knowledge of Kraken or CSS systems preferred
- Understanding of Meter to Cash, Customer Operations and/or CIS functionality preferred
