Appointment Setter (WFH)

About the Opportunity We work with union members, association members, and working families across North America who have requested information about their available benefit programs. This role is focused on helping people who are already looking for guidance, not chasing leads or making random calls. That means: No cold calling No door-to-door work No contacting people who have not requested information Conversations with members who are expecting support This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys flexibility, working independently, and helping others, while still having access to training, mentorship, and a proven team system.
