Assembler / Machine Operator - First Shift
Viking, LLC – A DEMA Company | Nesquehoning, PA Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift Viking, LLC is hiring an Assembler / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nesquehoning, PA. This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, hand tools, and assembly work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. We are a small, stable manufacturing company where employees play an important role in daily production operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate injection molding machines during production runs
- Remove, trim, inspect, and package molded plastic parts
- Assemble dispensing products and subassemblies using hand and pneumatic tools
- Perform visual quality checks and basic product testing
- Maintain production counts and paperwork
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Support other production and assembly activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to use hand tools safely and accurately
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Injection molding experience is helpful but not required. Training provided for the right candidate. Why Join Viking?
