Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an Assistant to the Office Manager. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing phone communications, coordinating with team members, and supporting executive-level staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized clerical records and ensuring office operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in communication and phone etiquette
  • Experience with clerical tasks and basic organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling applications)
  • Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and work independently
  • Previous experience in office management or a related role is an asset
