Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Cold Caller with property management experience to support our outreach efforts. The role will focus on connecting with property management companies, generating leads, and setting appointments for potential partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to property management companies Identify decision-makers and introduce our services effectively Generate qualified leads and set appointments Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes Handle objections professionally and confidently Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation Background in property management industry is preferred.
