- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care
- Provide support and guidance to families
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and company standards What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Minimum 1 year BCBA experience
