The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations)
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Support testing activities (UAT, QA) and ensure requirement traceability
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques
- Knowledge of SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence
- Ability to create documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
