We help companies across industries streamline operations through offshore support—covering customer service, administrative support, finance, and supply chain coordination. Our clients span healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, technology, hospitality, and consumer products. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial sales professionals to help us expand our client base across multiple industries. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals with an existing network or experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, or operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and connect with potential clients across industries
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, and operations leaders
- Present Spring Sisters’ BPO and operations solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing
- Collaborate with our team on proposals and client onboarding
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, staffing, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Existing network in any of the following is a plus:
- Real estate / property management
- E-commerce / retail
- Technology / SaaS
- Hospitality / service businesses
- Healthcare
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals
COMPENSATION
- Commission-based (high earning potential)
- Recurring commission structure (monthly retainers)
