About Loopp Loopp, a portfolio company of Foundersmax, is building the operating system for AI execution, connecting companies with elite AI talent, managed delivery, and scalable product builds. We’re looking for a CEO to lead Loopp from 0 – 1 and beyond. This role owns vision, execution, fundraising, and early traction.
Key Responsibilities
- Define company vision, positioning, and narrative
- Drive 0 – 1 execution across product and operations
- Lead fundraising (pre-seed / seed) and investor relations
- Close early customers and generate revenue
- Build and lead the founding team (builders + operators)
- Develop GTM strategy and partnership ecosystem
- Oversee product, delivery quality, and customer outcomes
- Establish culture, systems, and operating frameworks
Requirements
- Strong builder mindset with 0 – 1 execution ability
- High ownership, speed, and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to sell vision to investors, customers, and partners
- Commercial awareness (revenue, pricing, growth)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, or AI
- Fundraising or investor exposure
- Experience hiring and leading small teams
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Raise seed round
- Launch core offerings (AI builds + talent marketplace)
- Acquire first 15–35 customers
- Build initial team and delivery system
- Establish early market presence
