Chat Support Worker for Moms (Entry Level, Remote)
We're hiring chat support specialists who happen to be parents and need flexibility around their family responsibilities. No experience required—we'll train you completely so you're confident from day one. Answer customer messages whenever it works for you, all from the comfort of your home. Position Details Contract Length Open-ended Rate $35 per hour What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via chat, helping resolve issues and answer questions. Create positive relationships by really listening to what customers need and fixing problems fast. Use our knowledge base and guides to give customers accurate, helpful responses.
Requirements
A working computer or tablet and stable internet connection. Ability to stay organized and keep all customer communications professional. Strong written communication and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. Minimum 10 hours per week you can dedicate to scheduled shifts.
