Client Operations Coordinator (Part-Time · Remote) Focus Groups of Cleveland Focus Groups of Cleveland is seeking a reliable, resourceful Client Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day project communication, vendor coordination, and operational follow-through. This is a part-time remote position averaging approximately 30 hours per week. Candidates based in the Cleveland area are preferred, though remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable using technology, and able to help move tasks forward independently. The right person will be a practical problem solver who can communicate professionally with clients, vendors, respondents, and internal team members. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to routine client emails using templates and approved language
- Following up with vendors, software support teams, and service providers
- Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Updating project trackers, calendars, and internal notes
- Coordinating schedules, Zoom links, documents, and project details
- Supporting client communication before, during, and after projects
- Escalating urgent or sensitive issues to leadership
- Helping keep projects organized and moving forward
Ideal candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable calling vendors or support lines to resolve issues
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Patient, professional, and persistent
- Comfortable with Outlook, Zoom, Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic online tools
- Able to follow templates, checklists, and standard processes
- Interested in learning market research operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Position Details:

- Compensation: $19/hour
