Job Description
We are seeking Content Moderation Specialists to review user-submitted content across our platform for policy compliance. This role involves access to user account data and potentially sensitive content. A background check is required for all moderation positions.
Responsibilities
- Review user-submitted content against platform community guidelines
- Approve, reject, or escalate content based on established moderation policies
- Access user account details when reviewing flagged or reported content
- Maintain accurate records of all moderation decisions made
- Meet daily content review volume targets set by the moderation team
- Attend regular policy update training sessions to stay current on guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong judgment and ability to apply policy guidelines consistently
- Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior moderation experience required — comprehensive training provided
- Must be a US resident authorized to work in the United States
