Creative Virtual Assistant (Course Development, Social Media & Tech Support)
Responsibilities
Build and maintain online courses (WordPress + Elementor integration, e-commerce setup, slide creation, resource downloads) Edit and repurpose video content for courses and social media distribution Design slides, visuals, and downloadable resources aligned with brand aesthetics Set up and manage Instagram presence – content strategy, posting, engagement Automate workflows for email capture, course sign-ups, and digital downloads Support with event setup and promotion (online workshops via Eventbrite/Undandelion) Conduct research for course material, content validation, and creative inspiration Collaborate closely with client on creative direction, maintaining consistent branding Must-Have Skills & Experience: WordPress + Elementor (essential for course setup & website integration) Canva / Photoshop (graphic design, slide decks, content creation) Video editing (basic editing for course and social media content) Google Sheets / Docs (collaboration, tracking, content organization) Strong research skills (supporting content citations, sourcing visuals/resources) Event platform experience (Undandelion, Eventbrite, or similar) Automation tools (e.g., Otter AI or other AI tools for transcription & course workflow automation) Creative design portfolio with a botanical/organic aesthetic to match brand look & feel Social media setup & management (Instagram focus – reels, posts, stories, content repurposing) $500 – $800 a month Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $300 tenure bonus every 6 months $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
