Customer Success Coordinator
Entrusted is a family-owned restoration company looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support homeowners during their time of need. The role involves building trust with homeowners, assisting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
Responsibilities
- Receive and make calls from homeowners in their time of need, establish trust through a tailored and professional process, help set clear expectations, and cater to the homeowner in a way that progressively ensures the outcome of an immediately scheduled visit
- Serve the sales team by gathering, verifying, and confirming necessary information from the homeowner to facilitate and establish a successful and seamless process from start to finish
- Show genuine care for the homeowner by proactively outlining and scheduling assessments with urgency, establishing credibility, and setting clear expectations
- Actively provide value to the homeowner through the affirmation of referral sources, ownership of the scheduling experience, and follow-up communication
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills
- Experience working remotely or in a self-managed role
