In this role, you'll assist clients throughout various stages of their travel journey by providing support, answering questions, coordinating travel-related services, and helping ensure every detail is handled accurately. This is a flexible remote opportunity with training provided, making it a great fit for individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds. What You'll Be Doing Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance with travel-related requests Help coordinate vacation arrangements including accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel services Review travel options and supplier information to help clients make informed decisions Monitor reservation details and ensure information is recorded accurately Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates through phone, email, and online communication channels Assist with itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and travel support needs Maintain organized records and client information within company systems Stay informed about destination information, supplier updates, and special promotions Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools Reliable internet access Professional and positive attitude Willingness to learn new systems and processes Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved hiring regions
