Job Overview As a remote employee at CVS Health, you'll play a critical role in delivering crucial services to patients and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities may include customer service and support, data entry and management, clinical assistance, claims and billing, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance claims, and healthcare services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the appropriate steps to resolve their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Data Entry & Management:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and patient information in CVS Health's systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all patient records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Clinical Support (Depending on Role):
  • Assist pharmacists and healthcare professionals in reviewing patient records, identifying medication issues, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans.
  • Provide virtual support to clinical teams, helping them manage caseloads, appointments, and patient follow-ups.
  • Claims and Billing:
  • Assist in processing insurance claims, verifying patient coverage, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with insurance providers and patients to resolve any issues related to claim submissions and payments.
  • Ensure that all billing procedures comply with federal and state regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Administrative Assistance:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing forms, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with project coordination and communication within the company, supporting various departments in day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements.
