Data Annotator (AI Training)

NoGigiddy is hiring Data Annotators to help train the next generation of machine learning models. You'll review, tag, and classify text, images, audio, and video so that AI systems can learn to understand the world. No tech background required — just sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
Responsibilities
- Review and label datasets including text, images, audio clips, and video frames according to provided guidelines
- Categorize content accurately across a range of annotation tasks (sentiment, object detection, intent classification, etc.)
- Flag ambiguous or problematic content for senior review
- Meet quality benchmarks — accuracy matters more than speed
- Complete tasks within assigned deadlines while maintaining consistency
- Provide feedback on annotation guidelines when instructions are unclear or contradictory
- Participate in calibration sessions to align on quality standards with the team
Requirements
- No degree required
- No prior annotation experience needed — full task training provided
- Exceptional attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Ability to follow complex written guidelines precisely and consistently
- Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
- Basic computer literacy — comfortable using web-based tools and spreadsheets
