This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of Origami’s growth strategy. As Director of Account Management, you will lead a team of top-performing Account Managers responsible for deepening customer relationships, driving retention, and accelerating expansion across our platform. You will operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping how we engage our customers, unlock value, and scale long-term growth. Responsibilities

What You'll Do Lead and scale a high-performance team of strategic, sales-oriented Account Managers Drive retention and expansion outcomes, including cross-sell and upsell Strengthen executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing Own operational rigor including forecasting, team structure, and performance metrics Ensure strong customer outcomes including adoption, satisfaction, and measurable value Recruit, develop, and retain top talent Leverage the installed base to drive referrals and new business opportunities

Qualifications

What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field. 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer growth roles 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams Proven track record of delivering retention and expansion growth Strong executive presence and communication skills Experience in complex deal strategy and negotiation Operational rigor and forecasting discipline Builder mindset with ability to scale teams and drive change Insurance or risk management experience preferred
