Discrete Manufacturing - Board Advisor
The Role We're looking for Ex-CEO, VP of Operations and senior advisors with deep operational leadership experience in US discrete manufacturing to help drive sales and form our strategy as we go to market. Our crew We're a stealth-stage Physical AI company building autonomous agents that reason on raw sensor, camera, and control system signals in real time — delivering live operational intelligence to frontline workers for Discrete Manufacturing. VC-backed and working with the US Gov and notable F500 industrials today. You'll join a small, highly technical team of builders with deep experience across industrial AI, robotics, and real-world systems. The team includes leadership and engineering from Palantir, AVEVA, ABB, Aspentech, Bentley Systems, Siemens and Volvo. Who we're looking for
- 20+ years in discrete manufacturing operations, with at least 10 years in senior leadership
- Former VP of Manufacturing, VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Plant Director, or Quality Director at a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier, contract electronics manufacturer, or industrial/capital equipment company
- Direct P&L responsibility for multi-plant operations or a significant single-plant operation
- Fluency in the operational metrics that define manufacturing performance — OEE, first pass yield, OTD, PPM, IATF 16949 or AS9100 compliance
- Respected voice within the US manufacturing community
Compensation
Monthly retainer plus equity.
