Enrollment Data Entry Specialist
This is a remote position. Child's Play Wonderschool is seeking a highly organized Enrollment Data Entry Specialist to support student enrollment operations remotely. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining enrollment information, reviewing registration documents, updating records, and assisting with administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain enrollment information in company systems Review registration forms and documents for accuracy Update student and family records as needed Organize and maintain digital enrollment files Assist with processing enrollment applications Communicate with internal departments regarding record updates Perform general administrative support tasks Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality standards are maintained
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong computer and typing skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and communication skills
