Enterprise Account Executive (German Speaking)

As we continue to grow, We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, strategic German speaking Enterprise Account Executive (hunter role) who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. This role is focused on bringing new clients onboard and driving net-new enterprise revenue across the DACH region. This is a fully remote, home-based role that can be based anywhere in the UK. This isn’t just another quota-carrying role, it’s your chance to drive strategy, open new markets, and influence how global organizations prepare for and respond to risk. \n What You’ll Do: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within your assigned territory. Be a true hunter—generate new logo opportunities through proactive outreach and smart channel/partner plays. Build trusted relationships and sell at the C-suite level (Security, Business Continuity, Operations, Compliance). Execute a multi-threaded, consultative sales motion using proven methodologies (we use MEDDPICC and Force Management). Lead enterprise deals typically $60K+ ACV, including six-figure opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Solution Consultants, and internal experts to maximize deal velocity and customer value. Develop a strategic account plan, growing long-term partnerships while consistently fueling your pipeline. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts Proven experience selling into IT, Security, Operations, Compliance, and Business Continuity leadership Experience selling ITSM / IT Operations software Strong background selling SaaS and cloud-native solutions Experience selling integration-heavy or automation platforms Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, monitoring, or observability tools Solid understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise incident response workflows Fluency in German Experience using Salesforce and flexibility to travel up to 20%. \n#LI-HG1 About Everbridge Everbridge empowers enterprises and government organizations to anticipate, mitigate, respond to, and recover stronger from critical events.
