- *About The Job
- *Your Role: We are seeking experienced Epic Analysts (mid-to-senior level) to join our team and support Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory modules. In this role, you ll be a key contributor to maintaining and optimizing the Epic EHR system, working closely with client teams to solve complex challenges, improve workflows, and drive system enhancements.
- *As an Epic Analyst at Cardamom:
- Collaborate with Cardamom and client teams to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
- Provide expert-level support to users and stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and offering effective solutions within Epic.
- Assist in gathering requirements, preparing specifications, and building Epic system configurations for Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory.
- Resolve moderate to complex system issues, identifying root causes and applying solutions; escalate critical issues as needed.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Follow change control procedures for system builds, ensuring stability and compliance post-implementation.
- Support internal initiatives, optimization projects, and special client requests.
- Ensure all work meets agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and issue resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and improved system functionality.
- Assist with user training and support, helping staff maximize Epic capabilities.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure alignment with business needs.
- *Our ideal Epic Analyst will have:
- 5+ years of Epic experience with Lumens, Willow Inpatient, or Willow Ambulatory
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Passion for healthcare IT and improving patient care through technology
- Epic certification
- Flexibility to take on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, if required Apply To this Job
