About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Partner Success Manager to join our global help desk operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across our help desk operations. You'll work closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets careerzynith's standards, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality monitoring projects that drive quantifiable improvements in colleague (agent) performance
  • Collaborate with training and content teams to ensure consistency with new launches, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain quality performance across multiple locations within an aligned objective framework
  • Perform business audits with Help Partner Groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for careerzynith to improve its business by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Recognize and investigate trends early and frequently, and perform other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis Travel Requirements This role may require up to 20% travel, both domestically and internationally. Why Join careerzynith?

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role
  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across multiple help desk operations
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience refining large datasets to drive insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
