Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from customers with questions, concerns, or issues related to their accounts
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or website, utilizing information learned during training and resources available through our knowledge management systems
• Identifying customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner
• Processing required transactions via web-based applications
• Submitting research requests in a concise and accurate manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of careerzynith and client programs, policies, and technology
• Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
• Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints)
• Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
• Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, taking high-volume calls from consumers

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of previous call center experience
