We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in building and maintaining our information pipelines and data centers. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our scientists and engineers to develop and deploy new AI models that will shape the future of our industry.Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage our data pipelines, ensuring that all client event data is consistently integrated into our data warehouse.
- Create sanctioned datasets to track key product metrics, including user growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Research to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Develop robust and fault-tolerant systems for data ingestion and processing.
- Participate in data design and architecture decisions, bringing expertise and data to the table.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data according to industry and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in Data Engineering, such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with distributed processing technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop, Flink, and distributed storage systems (e.g., HDFS, S3).
- Aptitude with any of ETL schedulers like Apache Airflow, Dagster, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of data storage and ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize data storage code.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
