Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Weekend Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to entertainment events, manage high-volume interactions, and leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and entertainment) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events
  • Multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, entertainers, event staff, and customer interactions
  • Manage high-volume interactions without compromising attention to detail
  • Leverage computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and think on your feet
  • Provide positive and professional communication to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements

* Previous experience in in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
  • Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
  • Fluency with Google documents, spreadsheets, and other Google workspace programs
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the entertainment industry or a related field
