Field Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
• Identify, contact, and build relationships with department leadership and decision-makers
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
• Travel to meet departments, present Ireport, and drive deal momentum
• Manage follow-ups, objections, and deal progression through closing
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth department activation
• Continuously refine sales strategy, messaging, and field execution

Compensation

Structure

• Core product offering typically start around $10,000 and can range up to $15,000, depending on department size, needs, and implementation scope.
• Commission is tied directly to department acquisition and closed revenue.
• Commission percentage is negotiable based on experience, role structure, and expected ownership of the sales process.
• Upside tied directly to performance and sales execution.
