Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional COO-CFO. The role involves introducing our savings program to your contacts in return for years of residual income.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to oversee efficient workflows and develop strategic initiatives.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
• Finance and Budgeting experience to manage financial planning, monitor cash flow, and allocate resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive measurable results.
• Experience in managing client or stakeholder relationships is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll tax credits or corporate wellness programs is a benefit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
