Information Processing Officer (Remote)

The role involves processing, verifying, and maintaining accurate company information related to solar projects, customer records, and operational data while ensuring confidentiality and data security in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and process digital information from various internal and external sources.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in cloud-based systems and databases.
- Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Organize and securely store electronic records following company procedures.
- Prepare and retrieve data for reports and management review.
- Communicate with team members remotely via email, chat, and video platforms.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
- Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Meet deadlines and productivity targets while working independently.
- Follow remote work guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
