Responsibilities
A day in the life:
- Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline
- Schedule and confirm initial assessments
- Educate families on ABA services and company offerings
- Close new cases and drive service starts
- Track performance metrics and conversion rates
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Strong sales or admissions background
- Enjoy high-volume phone outreach (50-100 calls per day)
- Personality-first communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Worked in commission-based or performance-driven roles
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding difficult conversations
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
