Job Description: Position Summary The Intern will support day-to-day operations and special projects within the department while gaining practical, hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role provides exposure to business processes, cross-functional collaboration, and industry-specific knowledge. The Intern will assist with administrative tasks, research, data analysis, and project coordination while developing professional skills and contributing to team objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with departmental projects and initiatives. Conduct research, gather information, and compile findings for team use. Support data entry, reporting, and record-keeping activities. Prepare presentations, documents, and other business communications. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations. Collaborate with team members across various functions as needed. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, organizing files, and maintaining documentation. Assist with process improvement efforts and special assignments. Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor's, or Master's degree. Preferred fields of study may vary based on department needs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
