  • *About The Role We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join our talented team at Simera. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications for Apple's iOS platform. Your expertise in Swift and understanding of Apple’s design principles will be crucial in delivering high-quality mobile experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile development, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating seamless, responsive, and innovative iOS applications.
  • *Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an iOS Developer with applications published on the App Store.
  • Proficiency in Swift; knowledge of Objective-C is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.
  • Experience with Xcode and Apple’s development tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party SDKs/libraries.
  • Knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Experience working with local databases such as Core Data or Realm and offline storage solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Git version control system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Design and develop advanced iOS applications using Swift and Xcode, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
  • Ensure the quality and stability of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Integrate applications with APIs and backend services to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for better user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, trends, and development best practices to continually enhance skills and project quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative development environment.
