Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Social Auditor (APSCA) to join our growing team in Germany. In this role, you will conduct social compliance audits across a variety of sectors, ensuring adherence to LRQA standards and client-specific requirements. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services, supporting ethical supply chains, and contributing to sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct social compliance audits in line with LRQA methodologies and client standards. Perform worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations. Carry out document reviews, including contracts, policies, and HR records. Execute wage and working hours testing to assess compliance. Produce accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines. Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams. Maintain strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards
Requirements
APSCA (CSCA or ASCA) qualification preferred although not essential (although you must have taken 1 or 2 of the 3 APSCA exams as we can support with remaining qualifications/exams). Fluent German (essential) and strong command of English. Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria and Switzerland when required.
