Loyalty Operations Specialist

Overview: Let’s be real! Most “outbound” roles sound like code for cold-calling strangers until your soul evaporates. Not here. As a Outbound Customer Service Rep at Corporate Tools, your job is to call people who already use our services, check in like a helpful human, and make sure their business isn’t running into walls. You’ll update info, answer questions, spot problems before they’re problems, and yes—occasionally rescue a forgotten payment. No scripts. No shady sales. Just real conversations with real people who actually want your help (wild, right?). Wage: $18.50/hour Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Initiate conversations with our clients to provide ongoing solutions.
• Provide information and guidance on product features, usage, and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, or feedback.
• Collections kind of but not really because we aren't threatening credit scores but ability to collect accounts receivable.
• Tailor communication style to meet the needs and preferences of different clients.
• Help support other customer service groups as needed.

Requirements:

• Active listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Familiarity with client relationship management principles.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address issues effectively.
• Incredible listening and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and provide support with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong computer skills, job duties are performed almost 100% online.
