Music Teacher- Private Online Voice Lessons
Singing With Lauren is looking for a Remote Voice Teacher to join our team with Monday-Friday . Hours- Looking for availabilty 3-9PM EST. Must be avail for 2 of these proposed days to be considered. We are closed Sundays. Please find required questions below. If you have a passion for music and want to learn more about teaching, this is the job for you! This is a Part- time Independent contractor gig. We will be building up your students which takes time. Please keep this in mind while applying. Round one of interviews will be over zoom. Round two will be a mock lesson on zoom with a student for 15 minutes at an agreed upon time. There will be a Paid training session that will need to be completed before getting assigned students. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities
- Teach students in grades 5- Retirement age 1:1 Voice lessons
- Help Student learn how to sight sing and/or read music
- Create lesson plans based on curriculum and develop individualized instruction.
- Communicate with parents about student progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in music education, vocal or piano performance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience remote teaching preferred
- Must possess strong musical skills and knowledge of music theory and notation.
- Must have a working at-home set up with good WIFI, a keyboard, and laptop or desktop system
- People who are frequently and actively auditioning for shows should not apply.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
