- Hybrid in Arizona 1 day wfh & 4 days in-office in Scottsdale $27 hour

Necessary Experience/Skills: Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone Customer support, Email, Chat Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics Strong Job tenure, no job hopping
- must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least bachelors is preferred Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp. Law enforcement exp (nice to have) Tech Support (must have) Description / What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
