About the Role
You will step into a key role in a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation where procurement processes need to work smoothly across a complex group structure. The focus is on shaping and leading the Purchase-to-Pay landscape in Oracle Fusion, with attention to both process design and practical configuration. In this role, you will work close to stakeholders across procurement, HCM, SCM, and Finance to create aligned ways of working that support a centralized purchasing model in a European operating environment. You will also help connect process decisions to intercompany cost allocation and taxation considerations, making this a role with both system depth and business impact. Job Description
You will lead the design and development of Purchase-to-Pay processes within Oracle Fusion Procurement. You will configure and shape Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, including Negotiations, Supplier Qualification, Suppliers, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders, My Receipts, and Reports & Analytics. You will define target processes and help ensure they support a group-wide operating model. You will drive stakeholder alignment across procurement, HCM, SCM, and Finance. You will support the development of centralized purchasing models that work in a European operating environment. You will bring structure to topics linked to intercompany cost allocation and taxation as part of the purchasing process. You will translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions that support both governance and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of full-time experience as a lead Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process consultant on large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Procurement module configuration, including Negotiations, Supplier Qualification, Suppliers, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders, My Receipts, and Reports & Analytics Strong proficiency in P2P process design and development within Oracle Fusion Procurement Experience working with operating models for group structures in a European operating environment Experience with centralized purchasing models Understanding of intercompany cost allocation and taxation as part of the purchasing process Ability to define processes and align stakeholders, especially towards HCM, SCM, and Finance
