Job Title: Record to Report Ops Analyst. What are we looking for: Primary skill - Record To Report (R2R) - P5 Secondary skill - Accounting Finance - P5 . Designation: Record to Report Ops Analyst. Roles and Responsibilities: Execute and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Analyze financial variances and explain deviations versus budget, forecast, and prior periods. Prepare financial and management reports for leadership and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and financial analysis. Monitor provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and accounting reclassifications. Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure financial consistency and accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulations as applicable). Support budgeting, forecasting, and special financial analysis projects. .
