Recruiting Coordinator - Virtual Terac helps teams reach faster research breakthroughs through our marketplace of verified experts. We are building agents to recruit, verify, and match 10,000s experts with 1,000s of opportunities from the worlds most innovative organizations. We work with leading enterprises and are backed by top investors. About the role: We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel. You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations. You will: - Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects - Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks - Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform - Ensure execution under demanding timelines - Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency - Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement You have/are: - Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames. - Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients. - Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency. This means not every initiative will be discussed or thought out. We're looking for someone comfortable in failure, but can come to us with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured the impact, and either doubled down or quit - all without permission - Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. It's vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions. Misc - We operate six days per week - Terac culture: Between weekly presentations, company hackathons, and an AI-first mindset, you'll be working with one of the most innovative teams on the planet. - Growth opportunities: You're joining Terac at one of the earliest stages and will have an opportunity to shape and grow with the company as a founding member
Compensation
Range: $20K - $50K
