[Remote] Account Coordinator

The Finance team is seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will perform day-to-day ledger entries and help streamline processes as the accounting team grows.
Responsibilities
- Perform corporate month-end close activities including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
- Preparation of US and International intercompany journal entries, financial accruals, bank transactions and other journal entries
- Preparation of financial statement account flux analysis
- Produce ad-hoc reports, analysis, and special projects
- Assist with audit by providing supporting documents and answering procedural questions for auditors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of professional, relevant experience
- Experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
- Intermediate Excel skills, (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls
- Team oriented personality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Experience with foreign currency and multiple international subsidiaries EMEA, APAC, NA
- Priority will be given to candidates in Central US Time, Mountain US Time, and Pacific US Time
