[Remote] Agentic AI Engineer

They are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and optimize RAG pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK, enabling autonomous and multi-agent workflows
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including:
- Search & retrieval strategies
- Context-aware generation
- Guardrails for safety and compliance
- Evaluation frameworks for accuracy and performance
- Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Cloud-native solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring, and automated deployments for AI/ML applications
- Leverage modern AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc., to improve development productivity and code quality
- Implement and integrate search and indexing solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure Cognitive Search) to enhance retrieval efficiency in AI applications
- Contribute to machine learning model development, evaluation, and fine-tuning to improve system intelligence and performance
Skills
- Expertise in at least one agentic development framework - ADK/LangChain/Langgraph/CrewAI
- Hands-on experience in implementing RAG solution - Search & Retrieval, Generation, Guardrails, Evaluation
- Experience in working with SQL and NOSQL databases
- Functional DevOps knowledge
- Experience working in Cloud environments - preferably GCP
- Actively uses and knows AI developer tools - Claude/Codex/Github copilot
- Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc
- Experience working with search platforms - Elastic, Solr, Azure search
- Expertise in machine learning
- Frontend development
