[Remote] AI Engineering Team Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is a Fortune 500 company looking for an immediate hire for the position of AI Engineering Team Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and deploy AI and Gen AI products into existing internal applications and SaaS platforms while leading related projects and collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI and Gen AI products into existing internal applications and into SaaS platforms
- Lead related projects in this space
- Partner closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders
- Contribute to building AI agents in databricks
- Pioneering Gen AI models
- Collaboration with application teams to identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI
- Develop, program, train the complex networks of algorithms
Skills
- Strong background in Azure AI Foundry
- Proven leadership experience
- Able to guide/ mentor junior engineers
- 5-7+ years of experience within AI engineering and architecture
- Experience leading AI teams/ initiatives
- 2+ years of experience developing Gen AI products
- Strong background with Microsoft Azure Cloud Environment
- Extensive experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Function Apps and Azure API Management
- Expert level python development skills
- Proven background in building/ deploying AI solutions/ agents and showcasing ROI
- Strong experience working with SQL
- Databricks experience
- Experience building AI agents
