[Remote] AI Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tieto is seeking an experienced AI Technical Product Manager with a strong background in Banking and Mortgage. The ideal candidate will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and AI/ML specialists.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven Banking & Mortgage solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with AI, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive AI initiatives involving Generative AI, automation, NLP, and intelligent document processing
- Track product performance and ensure successful releases
Skills
- 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner
- Strong Banking & Mortgage domain expertise (Loan Origination, Servicing, Underwriting, etc.)
- Hands-on experience as a .NET/C# Developer with knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and Azure
- Experience delivering AI/Generative AI solutions and working in Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
