They are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to develop AI solutions from discovery to prototype, design and implement RAG pipelines, and convert proofs of concept into scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Build AI solutions from discovery to prototype within hours or days
- Use Claude Cowork to accelerate development and iteration cycles
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and AI agents
- Develop front-end and back-end components without handoffs
- Convert proofs of concept into scalable, production-ready systems
- Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Navigate enterprise security, governance, and compliance processes
- Demonstrate working solutions regularly to business stakeholders
