[Remote] AI Systems Administrator

They are seeking an experienced AI Systems Administrator to support the deployment, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise AI platforms within a large-scale organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and related management consoles
- Configure user access, permissions, and security settings
- Manage integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and other business applications
- Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls
- Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Support enterprise AI rollout activities and end-user adoption initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or Cloud Administration experience
- Experience administering enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Slack, or Zoom
- Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programs
- Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Security certifications
- Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)
- Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
