[Remote] Bilingual Senior Technical Writer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OXARO Inc. is a company seeking a Bilingual Senior Technical Writer to develop and maintain bilingual technical documentation. The role involves creating and updating documentation for various platforms and ensuring alignment with authoring standards and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and standardize bilingual technical documentation, templates and authoring guides
• Create and update documentation to support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Adobe Analytics and Microsoft platforms
• Define authoring standards, publishing workflows, metadata frameworks and tagging standards for digital content
• Document data flows, reporting processes and integration touchpoints across Adobe and Microsoft environments
• Write and edit authoring guides, process guides, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance documentation
• Support content migration activities by documenting migration guidance, tagging practices and publication processes
• Create clear documentation for campaign setup, segmentation, reporting and analytics processes
• Collaborate with developers, designers, data analysts and communications teams to validate documentation accuracy
• Ensure documentation and digital content align with plain language, accessibility and web content standards
• Conduct walkthroughs, training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for end users and project teams
• Review user feedback and update documentation to improve accuracy, usability and operational consistency
• Maintain documentation as systems, integrations, workflows and content governance processes evolve

Skills

• 10+ years of experience working as a Technical Writer
• 1+ year of experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Management System (WCMS) as a SME in creating, editing, integrating and managing digital content, including component-based authoring and metadata tagging
• 1+ year of experience working as an SME in developing and maintaining documentation and workflows in Adobe Assets Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
• 5+ years of experience delivering training and coaching to resources on the use of WCMS
• 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation, training manuals, style guides or governance frameworks for digital publishing environments
• Experience on 3+ projects creating, editing and managing digital content within WCMS, including component-based authoring and metadata tagging
• Experience on 3+ projects producing technical documentation, training manuals, style guides or governance frameworks for digital publishing environments
• Experience developing and publishing content in AEM using plain language, accessibility and metadata standards
• Current valid Government of Canada Secret or higher security clearance
• Degree from a recognized university in Communications, English, Journalism, Information Management or a Technical Writing related discipline
• Bilingual in English and French
